I'm Ray Eickhoff, and I've proudly called Bothell, Washington home since 1955. My faith in God has always been my anchor. And where I live in the Pacific Northwest provides the perfect backdrop for my love of the great outdoors. Hiking, cycling, gardening, and hosting barbecues are just a few of my cherished pastimes. When it comes to music, Gordon Lightfoot holds a special place in my heart, his timeless tunes accompany me on life's journey. My heart has belonged to Tracy,  my beloved wife since 1975. Family means the world to me, and I take immense joy in watching my grandchildren excel in their pursuits, be it football, volleyball, basketball, or gymnastics. Their achievements fill me with both joy and pride.

Professionally, I've had the privilege of being a leader, thanks to the incredible team at Ignite. My career has been enriched by becoming nationally certified on various platforms, including the Everything DiSC family of assessments, Clifton Strength finders assessment, Ideal Team Player, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. I've been recognized as a High Performance Team facilitator at Fairway and have a knack for bringing value to referral partners through one on one coaching and workshops. In this role, I've discovered that leadership is not just about guiding but also learning and growing together as a team. My creative abilities have been unleashed, and I'm constantly encouraged to leverage my talents, skills, and experience to inspire others. It's a journey I cherish, and I look forward to the adventures that lie ahead.
